Unable to Load a SET/KST ?
If you are facing errors when loading a SET/KST, this could be due to Unicode / System Regional settings.
Try the following changes
1: Select Start, followed by RUN and type Control Panel.
2: Find and select Region.
3: Select English (UK) from the list.
4: Switch over to the Administrative tab.
5: Change the System Locale to English (UK).
6: Restart the PC.

Click OK and Restart the PC
