korg pa manager error. [RESOLVED]

i have some problems when i try to load a new set in korg pa manager(korg pa 4x).It happens on every set i try to load...

i have the latest version instaled, v 4128.

Hi,

Try turning off your antivirus. If that doesn't resolve the issue, go to Control Panel>Regional Settings>Locale and change the system locale to English UK.
Restart the PC and see if that fixes the issue.

i have tried ,but even with english UK region selected it doesn't work.
