I having error trying to generate report in Pad Manager:
Run Time error '340':
Control element array element '10' doesn't exist.
Is happening when I try generate "SEQUENCE" or "HIT" report and happens on any pad set I tried.
Local and User is working.
Also after update today for ver.1.1 almost every times I open telling me message I running this program as Administrator and I should close and open again, when I click OK is open normally.

Well spotted. Didn't realise this. Will fix in next update.
When you generate a report it generates only for the whole USER PADs. Not HIT separately, SEQUENCE separately etc..
So, for now to avoid the error, you can click on Generate report when you are on the USER Pads.
The Administrator message, It should only come up, after every few program runs not every time. It's just a warning. Nothing to worry about.

Also if you check on loading is asking me to overwrite banks, telling me I try load bank11 ???

Then same goes for Pads. They need to be in correct order.
i.e:
PAD01.pad
PAD02.pad
etc..
etc..

Ahh... its
BANK01.PAD
BANK02.PAD
Causing this.. They must be named PAD01, PAD02 etc.. and you won't receive the Re-Map box.

You maybe want to check Korg Pa600 manual on page 158 before you disagree with me.

Where is your SET? Can you provide a link please....
There is no confusion. That's just the STANDARD. When you create a SET from the keyboard, that's all it outputs. Anything else is extra and a REMAP Window appears?
