Possible, but not automatic.
You can create a Report for the DK and then use the Sample Manager to export the necessary/used samples.

Yes and No.
You can now export each individual sample from a DK as .WAV. Which means you can then manually import the .WAV Files and create a MultiSample.
But the there is no automatic procedure.

Then I no longer need to buy an update.Because the software can not export dk
