PAManager won't start [RESOLVED]

Hello!
I used Pa manager yesterday and it worked but today just doesn't start.
I downloaded the latest version and reinstaled it but just won't start.
I opened the task manager to see what happens with the process, it seems to start the manager but after 3 seconds the process stops
I tryed and stoped the firewall and the virus protection but it doesn't work. I restarted the Pc e few times, before and after the reinstalation but nothing works
what else can i try?
P.s. after a few hours it worked again without me doing anything
