PA Manager shutsdown for no reason [RESOLVED]

when I am trying to save the SET, it is shutting down, with no error messages. Installed new O.S., still the same. The Tech told me that my Pc is too slow, how can be an AMD A8 CPU so slow? I am not running games here. I am writing here to know whether anyone has the same issue.

As an Isolated issue, a new free licenses has been provided for a new PC.

когато се опитвам да запазя SET, той се изключва Intel (R) Xeon CPU E5-2686 V4 2.30 36.CORE RAM32 gb video 16gb
