SET MANAGER ISSUE [RESOLVED]

I'm using the latest version of KorgPaManager , the issue somtimes when starting the application , the home page works fine
but when opening the SET MANAGER (NEW SET or Loading SETs) it does not work (see attachment) ,even If restart the PC not working until I reinstall KORG PA aging , sometime I reinstall it many times per hour :(

Windows 10 with the latest update
No antivirus

Can you please clarify what doesn't work as there is no attachment ?

The application stuck and does not work , I have to kill the task and reopen it again
Currently I spent 2 hours becuase my trick to fix it (by reinstall) does not work , to make it work, I cleared it from Registery Editor

now it works fine, but I'm sure I will face the same issue later

I will attach the screen shot again

Hi,

Thank you for the image.

I'm not sure what you mean by you cleared it from the Registry Editor (what exactly did you clear) but that just looks like your CPU or GFX card are not able to handle the app to load its resources.

Try updating and installing the latest graphics drivers.

I cleared it from Registry Editor meaning fully uninstall the application from the root, because normally uninstall it from control panel keeps activation code and previously SETs list.

I will try your fix and update you.

You can mark this as RESOLVED after I installed recently update 4.1 after JULY 2022, everything working fine
