Error importing wav [RESOLVED] v2.2+

From sample manager when importing wav file error dialog comes up.

I have attached zip in my original post. Btw: I can load the same file into PA3x no problems.

I did few more tests, with different wave files, and no matter what the error is the same. Even when you export multisample from the manager and try to import back the same wave file the errors happens.

Try this: Click on Start>Control Panel>Region and Language>Administrative>Change system Local>>English United Kingdom

Restart your PC and see if that helps ?

Are you serious? I dont want to change my default locale, so I can import wave file. You are being very unprofessional, instead of providing a proper patch for it, you suggesting system modification.

It's a temporary fix to see if it fixes the problem. If it does, then we'll know what the problem is.
Ofcourse there will be a patch, but the problem needs to be identified first.
