As I mentioned before, by standard when you create a SET from the keyboard it doesn't add Factory BANKS!
You are using a modified set.

To avoid the remap, temporarily, remove the BANK01.sty from your STYLE folder and only keep the FAVORITE01,02 etc... files

Causing this.. They must be named PAD01, PAD02 etc.. and you won't receive the Re-Map box.

Well spotted. Didn't realise this. Will fix in next update. When you generate a report it generates only for the whole USER PADs. Not HIT separately, SEQUENCE separately etc..
