Could you please be more specific as to what doesn't work?

Can you load the Sound at all?
Are samples loading?
Are samples playing back?

A simple re-installation of the software should fix any issues.

Just to confirm are we talking about Sounds that use ROM Samples?
Because those are set to 0 by default.

You can't be converting sounds from 4X to 2X that use ROM samples. The conversion works for RAM Custom User DrumSamples/Multisamples only.

There is no MUTE option with the sounds. Do you mean the VOLUME of OSC LAYERS = 0 ?
Can you please upload 1 or 2 Sounds so that we can take a look at the issue?

So months worth of hard work & effort should go out for Free?
