Just find out the position and then you can assign it to a KBD SET (to one of the UPPER Tracks).

An intro is played with a SOUND assigned to ONE of the 8 Tracks. Not a KBD SET.
Nothing to extract really. Just need to find out the position of the sound and use that sound.

The preLoad buffer is used to load a portion of the sample in to Memory for fast access / playback and the rest of the sample is then streamed from disk.

If you're using Problematic SETs to copy from, then PA Manager can only copy the problematic sounds/samples.
You guys need to check your SETs prior to mixing.

Sounds like a temporary connection issue that was preventing it.
